There is nothing better than a simple meal to cook after a long day at school or work. In just 30 minutes you can have a fulfilling meal to end the day with just a couple of ingredients.
Start with sautéing all the cut veggies and steaming the broccoli. After veggies are sautéed throughly add in the sauce mixture and cook for additional 5 minutes for the veggies to soak in the flavors. Place rice and vegetables in a bowl and have the perfect meal, top with sesame seeds to add a little bit of garnish to finish it off.
Take Aways:
Make sure all the water is evaporated after steaming the broccoli or your sautéed veggies may have too much liquid at the end.
Sauté mushrooms, onions, and garlic in a separate pan before adding to the broccoli to make sure they are throughly cooked.
