Protein Packed Smoothie

I have always been big on working out especially after I stopped playing softball after High School, I wanted to stay in shape. Recently, with my free time I have been focusing on it even more with doing more precise workouts, eating protein packed foods, and drinking TONS of water.


This banana peanut butter protein smoothie is a great post-workout shake to intake a perfect amount of protein to gain strength and muscles.


The vegan protein I use is Sunwarrior plant-based protein. I hate when my protein tastes chalky or clumpy in my drinks but this protein is one of the only plant-based proteins that does not do that so it is my favorite.



Banana Peanut Butter Cold Brew Protein Smoothie

Duration: 5 minutes

1 Serving


Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 tbsp sugar free peanut butter

  • 8 oz almond milk (or plant-based milk of choice)

  • 1/2 cup cold brew

  • 1 cup of ice


Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients into a blender until smooth and well incorporated.

  2. Enjoy!
